Part of my 'Pockets full of stones' series exploring the nostalgia and joy from  memories on the beach at sunset. This piece is earthy like you can sink your teeth into it. It has layers of vibrant purple and emerald with shades of the sand in the background.
 
  Like all the works in this series it is a play between contrasts of being grounded vs. flowing, feeling rough vs smooth and finding acceptance for all parts of me.
